Shayne Walters is the Property Management Team Leader at Professionals TWT Realty, bringing extensive real estate experience and a genuine passion for supporting both clients and her team. Having built her career in the industry since 2016, Shayne has progressed through reception, administration, sales administration, leasing, and property management, giving her a comprehensive understanding of every stage of the real estate journey.
As Team Leader, Shayne provides guidance, mentoring, and day-to-day support to the property management team, helping resolve complex situations, streamline processes, and ensure every client receives the highest standard of service. She works closely with property managers, landlords, and tenants, providing practical advice, clear communication, and professional solutions that help create positive outcomes for everyone involved.
With experience across all aspects of residential property management, Shayne has developed strong expertise in client communication, team leadership, leasing, tenancy management, and problem-solving. Her well-rounded industry knowledge, combined with her recently completed Sales Registration, reflects her commitment to ongoing professional development and delivering exceptional service to both property owners and tenants.
Known for her approachable nature, reliability, and calm approach under pressure, Shayne is passionate about building lasting relationships based on trust, transparency, and open communication. Outside of work, Shayne is a proud mum who enjoys spending time with her daughter and her five rescue pets — two Staffordshire Bull Terriers and three cats. She also enjoys reading, caring for her ever-growing collection of plants, and spending time with family and friends.
Passionate about giving back to the community, Shayne regularly volunteers and organises workplace fundraising initiatives, donation drives, and charity collections to support organisations including the Salvation Army, cancer support charities, and local community groups. She is also a strong advocate for lifelong learning and is committed to continually expanding her knowledge through professional development and further study.
