Courtney Reid is one half of the partnership behind TEAM BAZZO, bringing over 20 years of real estate experience across sales, marketing, contracts, and trust accounting. Growing up in the industry, a career in real estate was second nature for Courtney, having been immersed in the business from a young age. 

Starting at just 16 years old, Courtney worked alongside her father, learning the foundations of real estate, negotiation, and client service. As the eldest of four siblings, negotiation quickly became a life skill — one that now underpins her success as a trusted real estate professional. 

Courtney’s extensive industry knowledge, sharp eye for detail, and flair for innovation have helped set TEAM BAZZO apart in a competitive market. At just 24, she was recognised as a Land Link Top Performing Agent, achieving over $18.2 million in property sales, a milestone that marked the beginning of a long and successful career. 

Since 2004, Courtney played a significant role in the success of Bazzo Real Estate. While closing the chapter on the family business was a difficult decision, joining Professionals Kingsley alongside her father allowed Courtney to honour the Bazzo legacy while achieving a better work–life balance under the banner of TEAM BAZZO.
